I have always had trouble sleeping at night which has led me to try everything between medications and working out. Unfortunately, nothing has worked which has led me to have many restless nights tossing and turning. It was not my bed because I bought a new mattress and bed frame, so the only explanation is me. Then I discovered steel drums while I was in Mexico for my friend’s wedding and realized how relaxing it is. The relaxation did not stop there because it rained several nights in Mexico which led to the most peaceful nights of sleep I have ever experienced. After coming home, I threw together some key audios that made me sleep like a baby which created my nature sleeping track.
The track obviously is not foolproof because I do have some rough nights but for the most part I sleep great now. The sounds of crickets, frogs, and the rain gave me a sense of serenity of have not experienced before that night. If you cannot tell I have never been camping before, but I do not think that would give me better serenity than the beaches of Mexico. Also, before you question if there are frogs or crickets I would just like you to know there are many animals in Mexico including wild cats, snakes, raccoons, and even unknown animals myself. Mexico was surely a great experience not to mention it fixed my sleep schedule indefinitely.
