This song reminds me of my brothers because it is called brothers and I can always count on them. I unfortunately lost my brother Brandon this month and one thing we had in common was our taste in explicit music.
Summary of Midweek Assignment
Setting up the domain and the different social media was fairly easy for the most part. I also found it easy to include all the social media into the multimodal introduction except for the embedding portion. I had trouble getting the SoundCloud link to show up. Overall, I loved how my blog came out because it represents me, and I believe it shows in it. I feel I completed the assignments to the best of my abilities given my knowledge of the different technology platforms. I will admit WordPress confused me very much at first, but I am starting to get the hang of it. I enjoyed the creative aspect of the assignment even though we were given instructions it was still open for our own interpretation. I learned how to embed links in a blog and make an URL which I was not familiar with before this assignment. I want to be able to decorate more on my pages, so it looks more like me than the template, but I was still getting use to the platform. I am confused about how to communicate with other students because not everyone has their social media accounts linked. I also wanted to know if we are supposed to communicate on the daily create assignments. The only impact affecting me right now is the passing of my older brother this month which was a huge shock to my family. Even though it is the hardest I have had to deal with mentally, the school has helped me focus on something and it is making it a better time during this healing process.
